Modern sustainable building with integrated greenery
verdi

Five modules. One project record.

Certification (BREEAM, LEED and NABERS UK), whole life carbon, circular economy, commissioning, environmental consent and the project user manual on one project record — built for building services consultants running assessments across multiple clients and project teams. Every credit, every piece of paperwork, every hold point, every condition.

Environmental consent

Where it matters most: data centres and hyperscale

On a data centre the environmental consent is the project, not a paperwork exercise. Power, water, noise, air quality, ecology and biodiversity net gain all have to line up before a single cabinet is energised — and the planning conditions keep running through construction, commissioning and into operation. Verdi Environmental Consent holds the consented position in one controlled environment, tracks every commitment to its evidence, and proves the operational performance at handover.

These are the blockers that stall data centre delivery, and where Verdi keeps them visible instead of buried:

The blockers

  • Grid connection capacity and energisation dates driving the whole programme
  • Water abstraction and supply, and discharge consents
  • Noise and air quality limits set as planning conditions, not aspirations
  • Biodiversity net gain and priority habitat commitments carried to delivery
  • Environmental statement commitments that are more onerous than the conditions
  • Planning condition discharge timed to stage gates, not left to the end
  • Operational permits and EA approvals needed before go-live

Certification tracker — BREEAM, LEED and NABERS

BREEAM New Construction Version 7 as the default, with NC 2018 (v6) and Refurbishment & Fit-Out 2014 kept live for projects registered before the cut-offs, and Refurbishment V7 and Fit Out V7 handled as two distinct standards. LEED v5 BD+C runs as a points-based route alongside, and NABERS UK Design for Performance is tracked in the same module as the DfP Agreement, Independent Design Review, Stage 4 Simulation Report and Rating Achievement Plan.

Whole life carbon

Module-by-module carbon accounting structured around the RICS Whole Life Carbon Assessment for the Built Environment, 2nd edition, from A1–A5 through B, C and D, with an NRM elemental breakdown.

Circular economy

Pre-demolition audits, Bill of Materials, reuse and recovery commitments and post-construction reporting to London Plan Policy SI 7 and GLA Circular Economy Statement Guidance.

CX Core — commissioning management

Commissioning management aligned with CIBSE Commissioning Code M and BSRIA BG 8/2009 — Stage 1 to 5 hold points, an equipment-level asset register with QR labels, AI-assisted witness packs, an issue log, voice-to-sheet capture and a signed handover audit trail. Available on its own if commissioning is all you need.

Environmental consent

Coordinates the environmental commitments made at planning through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and operation — requirements, commitments, risks and planning-condition registers in one place, with a consent-to-operation assurance report at handover. Built for the projects where consent, not certification, is the critical path.

Project user manual

Create a project and Verdi writes its manual: the schemes, target rating, minimum standards and module guidance that apply to that job, exported as a branded PDF you can issue to the team.

CX Core

Commissioning management that stands on its own

Hold points, an equipment-level asset register with QR labels, digital record sheets, voice capture on site, an issue log and witness packs assembled and readiness-checked before the witness date. Take CX Core alone, and switch on the sustainability modules only if the project needs them.

Free pilot

One free trial project per business

Run Verdi end to end on one live project — BREEAM, whole life carbon, circular economy or commissioning — at no cost, with full exports and support. One pilot per consultancy, so we can give each team proper attention.

Pilots are approved manually: each request is checked against the consultancy's registered business details and work email domain before a workspace is opened, and duplicate or related sign-ups are declined.
