Every MEP system carried through five commissioning hold points — strategy, installation, static, pre-functional and functional performance — with witness dates, sign-off and an audit trail against CIBSE Commissioning Code M and BSRIA BG 8/2009.
Witness packs, issued on time
The pack that is always late gets assembled for you. CX Core builds the witness pack from the record sheets and evidence on the system, runs an AI-assisted readiness check against the hold-point requirements, flags what is missing, and exports a branded PDF ready to issue for review.
Asset register down to equipment level
Locations, phases and equipment — AHUs, FCUs, pumps, boards — imported from a CSV or an equipment schedule, each with its own pre-functional and functional test checklists.
QR labels and site capture
Print QR labels for plant, scan on site and go straight to that asset's checklist. Photos, readings and signatures are captured where the work happens.
Issues and defects log
Raise an issue straight from a failed check, with severity, owner, due date and photos. Outstanding items flow into the reports and the handover pack automatically.
